How does the 14 day free trial work exactly?
After signing up, you’ll enjoy all PTminder features for 14 days, free of charge. There is no credit card required to activate your trial. At the end of the 14 days, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using it. Don't worry - we'll send you reminders before the trial ends!
What is considered a 'Client' for billing?
We only count 'Active' clients towards your billing plan count. 'Inactive' clients are excluded. You choose whether a client is active or inactive by setting their status. Active clients can have bookings, make payments, login etc. Inactive clients cannot do any of these actions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan as my business changes?
Yes! Your plan will automatically scale up based on the number of 'Active' clients you have. 'Inactive' clients do not count towards your plan count. You decide whether a client is active or inactive, so make sure to keep your client list up to date. You can also upgrade or downgrade at any time manually. When a plan change happens, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or credit, depending on the price of your new plan.

Are there any additional costs?
All features are included across all plans. There are two types of optional additional costs: 1. When purchasing you want to send SMS's out to your clients. 2. If you want your own Branded App, which is an add-on to your existing plan.
Do my clients need to pay anything?
No way, there are no charges for your clients to use the platform. Your clients will be paying YOU, for the Personal Training services you provide them. Activate one of our integratedand you'll be collecting client payments in no time!
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime, no further charges will take place once you do this. Your account will still remain active and accessible up until the end of your current billing cycle which has been paid up to.
